Priority of mama tierra, which means
"mother earth" in Spanish, is to provide tasty, healthy and quality cuisine and that should be accessible to all.
We use fresh raw materials and high quality spices in the preparation of our dishes. Some of them are organic and comes from local roducers in an effort to highlight the quality and richness of the Greek earth products.
One of the major reasons why mama tierra created is to show the public the great variety of quality and nutritious mealsthat can derive from a vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
